Waiting List & Registration

Waiting List, Registration, Fees, and Dates

We have reached the workshop cap of 42 participants and registration is now FULL.

You may add your name to our waiting list by emailing the Workshop Director at
ptptafacdev@gmail.com.  If a slot opens as a result of a cancellation, we will contact you to offer you a position on a first come, first serve basis. You will have 48 hours to accept the offer, after which a private, time-sensitive registration link and instructions will be sent to you directly. If you do not accept the offer within that time period, the next person on the waiting list will be contacted with an offer.

If you request a slot on the waiting list by April 26, 2024, the registration fee will be at the early bird rate, $595.  After that date, the regular rate of $695 will apply.  Registration deadline is May 31, 2024.  The fee covers access to virtual events and materials, a continental breakfast on the 1st morning only, morning and afternoon beverages/snacks, and a dinner and reception on the evening of the 2nd day. 

All meals are on your own, except for the continental breakfast on Day 1, and reception and dinner the evening of the 2nd day, which is included for registrants. Arrangements can be made at a later date to pay for guests to attend this social event.  

Participant Information Sheet

If offered a slot from the waiting list you must complete the required Participant Information Sheet.  For security purposes, the link to this Google doc will be provided in a welcome letter that will be sent after you submit payment for this event. This information is essential for ongoing communication including access to scheduled Pre- and Post-Workshop Virtual Sessions, as well as establishing various teams throughout the workshop based upon mutual interests.

  • If more than 1 participant is registering from the same institution, each participant must register separately.

  • If registration is completed by an administrative purchaser, the contact email provided must be for the participant.

  • If your institution requires a W-9 form for payment, contact the Workshop Director, Michael A.  Pagliarulo, at the workshop email address, ptptafacdev@gmail.com for a copy.                                                             

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received prior to 30 days before the workshop will be subject to a $50 fee. There will be a 20% administrative fee for cancellations received 30-7 days from the start of the workshop. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 7 days of the event.
